I will take the time to learn the details of your estate, as well as your estate planning objectives, so that we can tailor a plan that meets your specific needs. I will also prepare all the documents necessary to establish and implement your estate plan.
If you have been named as executor or personal representative of an estate, I will help you meet the requirements of the probate court and successfully settle the estate.

This firm does not give free initial consultations for the reason that most attorneys use them as an opportunity to interview the potential client. This firm uses all conference and meeting times with the client to attempt to address the client's issues. Consequently, since the client is receiving legal assistance, they are charged for the time spent.
