My Approach
When I take your family law or divorce case, I will sit down with you, listen to your needs and concerns, and develop a plan that helps you meet your goals. I will encourage you to work with your ex-spouse as much as possible, avoiding the use of the courts to resolve disputes, as experience has taught me that this usually brings the best results. I will also encourage you to minimize disputes over marital debts and property, which will allow you to focus on the needs of your children. I will work with you to help resolve your problems, but I will not solve your problems for you.

My Divorce Practice
I work with clients at all stages of a divorce, from the initial filing through post-judgment requests for modification. I handle all matters related to or arising from divorce, including child custody and visitation, child support, alimony and the distribution of marital debts and assets.
This firm does not give free initial consultations for the reason that most attorneys use them as an opportunity to interview the potential client. This firm uses all conference and meeting times with the client to attempt to address the client's issues. Consequently, since the client is receiving legal assistance, they are charged for the time spent.
